Learning from Lectures

At GSA you will be required to attend lectures, usually as part of the critical and contextual courses provided by FoCI and HAUS.

Lectures form the backbone of study for much of the first two years of FoCI, this is where students listen to a tutor developing a theme, supported by visual aids. […] Students are encouraged to take notes at lectures, but as memory-joggers, pointers to further study, rather than as substitutes for independent reading and research.
